We will be more than happy to pre-determine your dental benefits, prior to beginning any treatment, so you will be fully aware of any financial obligations. And we will submit your dental claims, on your behalf.
If any payment is required, we will require payment on the day that treatment is provided. Most importantly, we will always ensure that you are 100% aware of any financial costs. However, all insurance plans are different, and we will do our best to provide as accurate an estimate for your copay.
It is important to note, dental insurance benefits may not cover the full cost of treatment, though it will usually cover a portion of the treatment recommended. The patient can determine what their copay will be by reviewing their insurance policy, though we would be happy to help, should treatment be needed.

We reserve the appointment slot exclusively for you. We do not double book. Therefore, we would ask that you give us 48-hours notice to cancel an appointment so we have time to offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting.
